What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, we do allow returns with 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on sale items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. All other items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Where is your jewelry made?
Our products are handmade in Middle Tennessee but materials, specifically the stones, can be sourced globally. Sourcing details will be detailed on product pages when known.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders over $50, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Tarnish will inevitably occur but to prevent it, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and hard chemicals. Please note in some cases, a person's body chemistry can play a role in the tarnish of jewelry. Store jewelry in a dry place. Use mild dish soap with a soft bristle toothbrush to clean your piece and then wipe with a soft, dry micro-fiber cloth once dry. We recommend using a silver polishing cloth to gently polish the metal over chemical cleaning alternatives.
Is your jewelry made of real silver?
Yes, all the jewelry is made of sterling silver (925) and in some cases fine silver is used. I also work with gold-filled wire, brass, and copper. Metal specifics will be included in product detail pages per piece.
